2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on StratOne.ai for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

StratOne.ai provides a platform for deploying and executing trading strategies. You acknowledge that:

  • All trading involves substantial risk of loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using our Service
  • We do not provide investment advice or guarantee any returns
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations

5. Strategy Creators and Subscribers

Strategy Creators

If you publish strategies on our marketplace:

  • You retain ownership of your strategies and intellectual property
  • You grant StratOne.ai a non-exclusive license to distribute and execute your strategies
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your strategy descriptions
  • You agree to receive compensation as described in your pricing model

Subscribers

If you subscribe to strategies:

  • You pay subscription fees as published on the marketplace
  • Subscription fees are charged according to the chosen pricing model
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Strategy subscriptions are non-refundable; all payments are final

6. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for:

  • Payment of all fees associated with your use of the Service
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges
  • Maintaining valid payment information

7. Broker Connections

Our Service integrates with various brokerage platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid connections to your brokerages
  • Brokerage integrations are provided "as is" without warranty
  • Third-party brokerages may change their APIs, causing temporary disruptions
  • You must comply with your brokerage's terms of service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATONE.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StratOne.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
